APPLICATIONS FOR IDB-FRANCE (ISLAMIC DEVELOPMENT BANK AND CAMPUS FRANCE AGENCY) SCHOLARSHIPS ARE OPEN
The Ministry of Europe and Foreign Affairs and the Islamic Development Bank, under the auspices of Campus France, are offering a 200-place scholarship program based on excellent academic results for students from 42 different countries who wish to pursue higher education in France.
The main goal of the IDB-France Scholarship Program is to ensure that local students with excellent academic levels from IDB member countries (Azerbaijan is a member) continue their higher education in France.
- Areas of study offered for a bachelor's degree:
Life and Medical Sciences, Environmental Sciences, Education, Engineering, Agriculture, Informatics and Information Technology, Fundamental Sciences, Economics, Finance and Banking, Social Sciences.
- Areas of study offered for a master's degree:
Sustainable Agriculture Development, Education, Education in Sustainable Development, Climate Change, Energy, Cities with Sustainable Development, Economic, Social and Environmentally Responsible Growth, Waste Management, Demographic Growth, Environmental / Green Chemistry, Biodiversity, Pollution by Plastics and Microplastics, Water and Hygiene, Health, ICT for Development, Infrastructure Innovation and Development, Economics, Finance and Islamic Banking, Social Sciences for Development.
Obligations of the IDB-France scholarship:
- Status of a French state grant-aided student: free visa fee, exemption from registration fees at institutions under the Ministry of Higher Education for Research and Innovation, assistance in finding a place to live, health insurance, cultural activities, etc.
- Economy class plane ticket
- € 700 monthly scholarship (see the terms of the scholarship at www.isdb.org - in some cases, check carefully as the recipient will be reimbursed)
Application rules:
- Photo CV (1 page)
- Letter of intent explaining your motivation to earn a scholarship (1 page)
- Complete list of specialties applied by the student in France
- International French language certificate for education in French (DELF or TCF B2, minimum B1) and / or English language certificate for education in English (IELTS, TOEFL, B2)
