Sumgayit State University provides active participation in national holidays and festivities of Azerbaijan in order to enrich the cultural life of foreign students, the effective organization of leisure time and the regulation of intercultural communication.
In order to introduce our glorious victory to the citizens of other countries our foreign students visited the Military Trophy Park.
In order to promote environmental cleanliness, which is one of the priorities of our globalized and technologically astronomically modern world, our foreign students took part in a tree planting campaign in Khojasan settlement as part of the "Green Marathon" project.
Our university regularly organizes meetings and knowledge competitions for our foreign students.
Also, they are closely involved in research work in their departments, scientific, social and cultural events of students, the work of student self-government bodies.
Foreign students studying at SSU use the library, reading room, laboratory and experimental base, gym, canteen of our university. They have the right to use the medical center of our university free of charge.
