“Professional Bachelor in open and distance learning for the energy and environmental performance of buildings in the Russian Federation, China and Azerbaijan”

Goal:

To support modernization, possibility and internationalization of higher educational system in proposed partner states; to assist voluntarily adaptation to the evaluation happening in higher education area of European Union.

Issues:

-To improve quality of higher education and adapt it to labor market and society

-To improve the levels of competence in higher education system by developing new innovative education programs

-To use professional experience in building specialties by professionalizing education programs on efficiency of project, energy and climate. Its purpose is to form new bachelor of profession on the specialty of energy and environmental efficiency of buildings in accordance with the Bologna process. In result, medium-quality specialist deficit(site manager, technician in engineering department) occurring within every partner country is eliminated.
