ANNOUNCEMENT
LIST OF DOCUMENTS TO BE SUBMITTED FOR REGISTRATION OF PERSONS ADMITTED TO THE MASTER'S LEVEL OF SUMGAYIT STATE UNIVERSITY IN 2021/2022 ACADEMIC YEAR
Those admitted to the master's degree must register for higher education institutions electronically. To do this, you need to register on the platform https://portal.edu.az/, select the service "Registration of students in higher and secondary special education institutions" among the services provided after entering the created personal account.
You can get acquainted with the INSTRUCTIONS of the e-application system for registration for the master's level of higher education institutions here.
Registration will last from July 13 to 22, 2021.
The following documents are required for registration:
1. Original and 3 copies of ID card;
2. Original and 1 copy of bachelor's diploma and diploma supplement;
3. High school graduation certificate for current year graduates;
4. 4 3x4 cm photographs;
5. Medical certificate;
6. Bank receipt indicating full payment of tuition fees for those admitted on a paid basis
7. Notarized copy of the document confirming the privilege for privileged persons (IDPs, families of martyrs, children of disabled people of the Karabakh war, deprived of parental care) provided by the legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan adopted on a paid basis;
Bachelors who do not have proper documents will not be admitted to the master's program.
