List of documents to be submitted for registration of persons admitted to the vacant master's level seats Sumgayit State University in the 2022/2023 academic year
Those who have been admitted to the master's level must register in higher education institutions electronically. For this, it is necessary to register on the https://portal.edu.az/ platform, after entering the created personal cabinet, select the "Student registration for higher and secondary education institutions" service among the services provided.
Registration will continue from August 17, 2022 at 12:00 to August 30 at 23:59.
The following documents are required for registration:
1. Identity card;
2. Bachelor diploma and diploma supplement;
3. Certificate of completion of higher education for current year's graduates;
4. 4 photos of 3x4 cm size;
5. Medical certificate;
6. Those admitted on a fee-based basis can pay the tuition fee on the gpp.az website via PIN or invoice. For this, you need to enter the gpp.az site, select EDUCATION from all services, then click on the HIGHER EDUCATION INSTITUTIONS service. You can make the payment by entering the relevant information on the page that opens.
7. A notarized copy of the document confirming that it is privileged for the privileged persons provided for in the Legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan (displaced persons, families of martyrs, children of disabled people of Karabakh war, those deprived of parental care);
After registering electronically specified documents must be submitted to the appropriate faculty dean's office of SSU by August 31, 2022 (except Saturdays and Sundays) in a threaded folder.
