5.Reference from workplace
6.Extract from work-book
7.List of published scientific works
8.Duly certified copy of PhD or Candidate of science degrees diploma (for doctor of science program)
9.Duly certified copy of diploma and diploma supplement (of bachelor and master’s degrees); (certificate of recognition of education documents for Azerbaijani citizens studied abroad)
10.Copy of identity card
Those wishing to submit documents for doctoral studies should enter the portal.edu.az website of the Ministry of Science and Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan, select the "Student admission and registration of higher and secondary educational institutions" service, and after registering in accordance with the instructions, submit the paper version of the documents every day except Saturday,Sunday and non-working days from 9:00 till 17:00 in Doctorate and master’s degree department of Sumgayit State University.
The deadline for submissions is May 16, 2023.
The exam on the subject of philosophy is planned to be held on September 4, 5, 6, and the specialty exam on September 11, 12, 13, 2023
