The following documents are submitted for admission:
1. Application in the name of the rector;
2. Staff personnel - registration sheet;
3. Biography;
4. 2 photographs (3x4 cm in size);
5. Character certificate from the workplace;
6. Extract from the labor book;
7. List of published scientific works;
8. Copies of the diploma and diploma supplement (for bachelor and master"s education levels) approved by the relevant regulations (certificate on recognition of educational documents for citizens of the Republic of Azerbaijan who have studied abroad);
9. Copy of identity document.
Those who wish to submit documents for doctoral studies should enter the portal.edu.az website of the Ministry of Science and Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan, select the "Student admission and registration of higher and secondary educational institutions" service, and after registering in accordance with the instructions, submit the paper version of the documents from Saturdays and Sundays. Otherwise, they should submit it to the Doctoral and Master"s department of Sumgait State University every day from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
The deadline for submission is May 15, 2024.
It is planned to hold the foreign language exam on June 9, the philosophy subject exam on September 2, 3, 4, and the specialty exams on September 9, 10, 11, 2024.
