Professors, associate professors, doctors of sciences and doctors of philosophy can participate in the competition for the position of associate professor.
Doctors of philosophy with at least 3 years of scientific-pedagogical experience or highly qualified higher-educated specialists (masters) with at least 5 years of scientific-pedagogical experience and published scientific-methodical works can participate in the competition for the position of senior teacher.
PhDs with at least one year of scientific-pedagogical or specialty work experience, as well as higher-educated specialists (masters) with published scientific-methodical works with at least 3 years of scientific-pedagogical work experience can participate in the competition for the positions of teachers and assistants.
All specialists participating in the competition must meet the following requirements.
Language skills: English at B1 (intermediate) level
Communication Skills: (Strong written and verbal communication skills for writing articles, preparing reports and communicating with the public; Consider team members" ideas and suggestions with effective listening skills.)
Collaboration and Teamwork: (Cooperate effectively with diverse academic and administrative staff. Ability to work with diverse people and cultures)
Teaching and learning skills: (Ability to apply various teaching methods and teach students effectively; Mentoring and supporting junior academics and students.)
Digital skills: (Ability to effectively use office applications such as "Microsoft Office" or "Google Workspace"; "Word", "Excel", "PowerPoint", "Google Docs", "Google Sheets" and "Google Slides"); E-mail programs: efficient management of emails, organization of folders and correspondence in "Moodle", "Blackboard", etc.; use of LMS platforms for teaching and learning processes Ability to use online platforms for "Zoom", "Microsoft Teams", "Meetings" and to share educational materials.)
