OUR STUDENT AWARDED III PLACE IN POETRY READING ENTITLED “HUSNU-CAMAL, AGLI KAMAL”
On April 20, poetry reading among universities entitled “Husnu-camal, agli kamal” dedicated to 650th anniversary of outstanding Azerbaijani poet and thinker Imadaddin Nasimi concluded at International Mugham Center.
Poetry reading, which was one of the events held at Azerbaijan State University of Culture and Arts within declaration of 2019 as “Year of Nasimi” by the Decree of President Ilham Aliyev dated January 1, aimed emphasizing actuality of Nasimi heritage in context of demands of modern humanitarian thinking and significance in terms of promoting national and spiritual values.
Junior student of the Faculty of History and Geography of our university Aliyar Rafiyev was awarded III place and diploma in poetry reading “Husnu-camal, agli kamal”.
