THE FOLLOWING TRAINING WITHIN ERASMUS+PETRA PROJECT FOR DOCTORAL STUDENTS
On June 21, at Sumgayit State University was held the following training within ERASMUS+PETRA project, which is financed by European Commission. The event attended by doctoral and master students of SSU, head of Doctorate and Master Programs Office docent Sabir Khalilov, head of International Cooperation Department PhD in history Samira Mammadova and department employees.
Samira Mammadova commenced the event by welcome speech and gave information about project PETRA and highlighted significance of trainings arranged within the project. She pointed out that doctoral students face several problems while publishing their articles in various journals. In this term such trainings are of great importance.
Head of Doctorate and Master Programs Office docent Sabir Khalilov delivered presentation and gave wide information to doctoral students about rules of writing articles and conducting research. He noted that conducting research and gaining scientific results that are substantial for humanity are main task for scholars and specialists, as well as for doctoral students.
Docent Sabir Khalilov also talked about structure of dissertation work, information provision, preparation of analytical review, types and structure of articles, publication and approbation of scientific results, scientific ethics and plagiarism issues.
