EMPLOYEE OF INTERNATIONAL COOPERATION DEPARTMENT AT THE SEMINAR ON “HORIZON-2020” PROGRAM
The following educational seminar was held on application rules to “Horizon-2020” program of European Commission organized by International Relations Office of ANAS Presidium Apparatus.
The event attended by office heads, employees, scholars and specialists on international relations of institutions belonging to Sections of Biology and Medicine and Earth sciences.
Head of the Office, PhD in biology Esmira Alirzayeva opened the seminar, informing the attendees about event’s agenda, presented new composition of national coordinators on “Horizon-2020” program. She said, “The program’s budget is 80 milliard euro, which will terminate in 2020; one could apply to the program individually or in a collective form”. She gave her recommendations related to application to this program to responsible persons of scientific institutions and organizations for international relations.
Afterwards Department chief of “Horizon-2020” on European states and America Elchin Seyfullayev delivered speech and gave information about structure, legal aspects of the program, registration of researchers and enterprises, writing rules of projects, looking for the partners, evaluation criteria of projects by commission.
The methodist of International Cooperation Department Aliya Khalilbayli attended the event from Sumgayit State University.
In the end the participants’ questions responded.
