IT WAS HELD INTERFACULTY CHESS COMPETITION
On November 26, Sumgayit State University hosted interfaculty chess competition among first-year students dedicated to the 70th anniversary of Sumgayit.
The purpose of the competition is to increase students" interest in chess, identify their skills and organize leisure activities.
According to the results of the competitions, the Faculty of History and Geography took 1st place, Mathematics –II place, and Chemistry and Biology –– III place.
Winners were awarded with medals and diplomas.
