A COMPETITION ENTITLED
On December 13, Sumgayit State University hosted a knowledge competition entitled “Economic terms” with the participation of second-year students. The competition was organized by the Faculty of Economics and Management.
In his speech, vice-rector for Humanitarian Affairs associate professor Ramiz Huseynov emphasized the importance of holding such competitions in terms of increasing the interest of young people in intellectual games. He noted that such games contribute to the intellectual development of our youth, and the success of students increases their academic motivation and will become the key to future success.
The dean of the faculty, associate professor Aynura Yahyayeva said that in our country special attention is paid to the development of education. She emphasized the importance of knowledge contests in developing students" logical thinking skills.
The competition, which consisted of 3 rounds, was attended by 4 teams. In a tense and exciting game of four teams, the first place was taken by the “Legends” team, and the second place by the “Unbeatables” team.
At the end of the game, the gifts were presented to the teams.
