Education process and exams are continually supervised at Sumgayit State Technical College by University administration. On January 13, vice-rector for Teaching Organization and Training Technologies of Sumgayit State University Natig Talibov, director of the Teaching Methodical Center Faig Shirinov observed the examination process at the Sumgayit State Technical College and asked about the students' attitude to the exams.

The director of the college, associate professor Matanat Pirguliyeva, gave detailed information to docent Natig Talibov about the organization of the exams. She said that the college's autumn semester examinations are conducted in accordance with the relevant instructions. Preparations were made in a timely manner to ensure transparency in exams. The Examination headquarters has been established to organize the autumn semester examinations for the 2019-2020 academic year in accordance with current regulations, to ensure transparency and objectivity in assessing students' knowledge. "Suggestions and comments box" is placed in the College to prevent any adverse circumstances that may occur during the exam session. During the session, members of the Public Control and Advisory Board under the rectorate of SSU, parents and media representatives also monitor the transparency of the exams at the college from time to time.
