FOR THE FIRST TIME IN THE HISTORY OF THE INTERNATIONAL SCIENCE AND ENGINEERING FAIR COMPETITION, AN AZERBAIJANI SCIENTIST AND COLLABORATOR OF SUMGAYIT STATE UNIVERSITY WILL BE A JURY
International Science and Engineering Fair (ISEF) will be held on May 11-15, 2020 in Anaheim, USA. This year, for the first time in the history of the competition, the jury of the ISEF has included the Azerbaijani scientist-associate professor of Sumgayit State University, chairman of Scientific Expertise Committee of “Tomorrow’s scientists” Republican competition Samir Orujov, as the “Grand Prize” jury on the Physics and Astronomy category.
It is noteworthy that the International Science and Engineering Fair, held in the US since 1958, is attended by teams of IX-XI grade students from 70-80 countries each year.
Since 2012, the team of the winners of the Republican competition “Tomorrow’s scientists” has successfully represented Azerbaijan at ISEF.
