A MEETING WAS HELD AT THE PHILOLOGY FACULTY ON THE STUDENTS' INTERNSHIP
On February 14, a meeting was held at Sumgayit State University on the internship of IV year students of the Faculty of Philology.
The meeting was attended by the dean of the Faculty, department heads, teachers and students.
Dean of the Faculty of Philology, associate professor Sevinj Hamzayeva spoke about the importance of internship and rules of practice and wished them success. She said that this is one of the most important aspects of the high school student learning process. The main aim of the internship is to gain a deeper understanding of the theoretical knowledge gained by students throughout the year, in combination with experience, the acquisition of the necessary professional skills, as well as their professional training.
Associate professor Sevinj Hamzayeva briefed about enterprises, where the students will intern, (Sumgayit city schools № 25, 2, 3, 1, 27, 15, 39, 4,12, 5, kindergartens № 11, 24, and Folklore Institute of ANAS) and about specialties (Azerbaijani language and literature teaching, philology, psychology, foreign language teaching, primary school teaching, preschool training and education, socio-psychological service in education).
