THE EXAM SESSION OF SPRING SEMESTER AT SSU CONTINUES SUCCESSFULLY ONLINE
On June 9, first, second and third year undergraduate students, first year master's students, students studying in subgroups, as well as in additional groups on abolished subjects at Sumgayit State University successfully completed the second day of the spring semester exam session organized online.
Rector Professor Elkhan Huseynov said during an online meeting with students on June 8 that the exams were conducted in accordance with the existing rules and the content and comprehensiveness of the exam questions in each subject were reduced and simplified based on the criteria. He noted that the entrance score of the exams at SSU was calculated as 49 points for everyone, the number of exam questions included in the exam paper was reduced from 5 to 3, the minimum passing score of the exams was accepted as 17 points. Summary lectures and exams will be held from August 17 to September 15 if students who are unable to attend the current exam session for various reasons have requests. The rector noted that he would regularly participate in the examination process.
It should be noted that on June 8, students who took the bachelor's and master's degree exams showed 96% results in the exam.
Today, 99% of undergraduate students have successfully passed the exam.
During the day, the exams are monitored by vice-rectors, deans and heads of departments.
