THE TEACHERS OF OUR UNIVERSITY TOOK PART IN THE FIRST WEBINAR OF THE SERIES "DIGITAL TECHNOLOGIES IN TEACHING RUSSIAN AS A FOREIGN LANGUAGE"
On November 30, 2020, the first webinar from the series "Digital Technologies in Teaching Russian as a Foreign Language" was held, organized by the North Caucasus Federal University. The topic of the webinar was "Features of the organization of teaching RFL in a digital environment at the initial stage of training."
At the seminar, presentations were made by the Head of the Preparatory Department for Foreign Citizens of the Department of the Migration Service of the North Caucasus Federal University, Candidate of pedagogical sciences Kuzoyatova O.S. and Associate Professor of the Department of Culture of Russian Speech for Technical Specialties of the Humanitarian Institute Gorobets O.S.
The webinar discussed such topical issues of online learning as the organization of the educational process, organization of work with a group, work with educational material, teaching grammar and speaking.
During the discussion of this topic, the lecturers of Sumgayit State University who participated in the webinar: the head of the Linguistic Center, Alik Abdullayev, and the senior teachers of the Department of Foreign Languages, Amina Musayeva and Tarana Guliyeva, spoke about their experience and best practices in online teaching. This aroused great interest among the participants. The conversation took place in a lively and friendly atmosphere. It was decided to make such meetings traditional.
