OUR STUDENTS TOOK PART IN THE NEXT WEBINAR WITHIN THE CREATIVE SPARK PROJECT
On February 23, Khazar University and Middlesex University (UK) hosted the third series of webinars within a joint Creative Spark project.
A virtual seminar entitled "Women in Entrepreneurship: Challenges and Opportunities" was held with the speaker of Aygun Gardiner, founder and director of Diverse School Travel, a UK-based company, as well as an expert of Educational Travel company.
At the event, Raziya Isayeva, Director of the Khazar University Development Center, spoke about the purpose and importance of a series of seminars held as part of the Creative Spark project.
In her presentation, Aygun Gardiner spoke about her successful career and the challenges she faces and ways to solve it, emphasizing that to be a successful entrepreneur, you need to develop the right business plan.
The floor was then given to George Dafoulos, a professor at Middlesex University. He stressed the benefits of the seminars. He stressed the importance of creating freedom of choice for women when building their businesses.
At the end, Aygun Gardiner answered the questions of the participants.
The seminar was attended by students and representatives of Khazar University, Middlesex University in the United Kingdom, and Ganja State University. From Sumgayit State University the employee of the Department of International Cooperation and Foreign Students Natavan Guliyeva, students of the Faculty of Philology - Arzu Valibeyova, Gunay Humbataliyeva, Fidan Mammadzade, Jala Ganizade participated in the event.
