A MEETING WITH INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS STUDYING AT SSU
On November 3, a meeting was held with international students studying at Sumgayit State University. The event was organized on the situation of foreign students in the educational process in current academic year, attendance, difficulties they face, compliance with the requirements of the pandemic period, vaccination.
At the event, the requirements and instructions set by the Ministry of Education and the State Migration Service for higher education institutions were brought to the attention of foreign students, the problems and suggestions of foreign students were heard, and their questions were clarified.
It was also recommended that our foreign students actively participate in university events and conferences.
The meeting was attended by Vice-Rector for International Relations, Associate Professor Gafar Atayev, Head of the Department of International Cooperation and Foreign Students Sadagat Fatullayeva, Deputy Dean for Educational Affairs of the Faculty of Philology Zohra Gafarova and employees of the department Aysel Eminova and Natavan Guliyeva.
The event was held in compliance with all the requirements of the pandemic.
