OUR STUDENTS WON THE CHESS TOURNAMENT "SHAH-MAT" ORGANIZED BY THE STUDENT YOUTH ORGANIZATION OF SSU
On November 19, a chess tournament called "Shah-Mat" was organized by the Student Youth Organization of Sumgayit State University in the office of the union within the "Target 5%" program implemented with the support of the Youth Foundation of the Republic of Azerbaijan and organized by the Union of Student Youth Organizations of Azerbaijan.
According to the final results of the tournament, the winner of the first 3 places was determined as following:
Ramazan Majidov, a student of the Faculty of History and Geography of Sumgayit State University, Nigar Bayramli, a student of the Azerbaijan University of Tourism and Management, and Mahammadali Asadov, a student of the Faculty of Philology of Sumgayit State University, were awarded first, second and third places, respectively. They thanked the Azerbaijan Chess Federation for their support in organizing the tournament!
