Guided by paragraph 32 of Article 109 of the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan, in order to ensure the implementation of the Order of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated October 16, 2021 No. 2965 "On additional measures to protect the social welfare of the population" I hereby order:
“On granting scholarships to doctoral students, higher education, secondary special and vocational education institutions, as well as students studying at the master"s level of the Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences” Presidential Decree No. 961 dated February 14, 2019 (Collection of Legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan, 2019, № 2, Article 291; Order of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan No. 2995 of November 11, 2021) the following changes were made:
1.1. In the second paragraph of item 1.1 digits “300” shall be replaced by digits “360”, in the third paragraph digits “180” shall be replaced by digits “216”;
1.2. In the second paragraph of item 1.2 digits "170" with digits "204", in the fourth paragraph digits "145" with digits "174", in the fifth paragraph digits "120" with digits "144", in the sixth paragraph "80" digits "96" digits in the eighth paragraph, the digits “130” shall be replaced by the digits “156”, in the ninth paragraph the digits “110” shall be replaced by the digits “132”, in the tenth paragraph the digits “75” shall be replaced by the digits “90”;
1.3. In the second paragraph of item 1.3 digits “75” shall be replaced by digits “90”, in the third paragraph digits “60” shall be replaced by digits “72”, in the fourth paragraph digits “50” shall be replaced by digits “60”;
1.4. In the second paragraph of item 1.4 digits “75” shall be replaced by digits “90”, in the third paragraph digits “60” shall be replaced by digits “72”, in the fourth paragraph digits “50” shall be replaced by digits “60”.
2. To the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijani Republic to solve other questions following from this Order.
3. This Order shall enter into force on January 1, 2022.
