THE FALL SEMESTER EXAM SESSİON STARTED AT SSU
The Minister of Education, Mr. Emin Amrullayev, signed Order No. F-570 dated 10.12.2021 on the organization of the examination session of the autumn semester of the 2021/2022 academic year in higher and secondary special education institutions. According to this order, the rector of Sumgayit State University, Professor Elkhan Huseynov signed the order R-52/1 on the organization and holding of the examination session of the autumn semester.
According to the order of the Minister of Education, “Methodical instructions on prevention of coronavirus infection (COVID-19) during examinations” prepared by the public legal entity “Medical Territorial Units Management Association” and the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan No. 332 dated September 10, 2020 It was noted that the "Temporary Rules for the organization of the teaching and learning process in educational institutions operating in the Republic of Azerbaijan during the special quarantine regime" approved by.
The autumn exam session at Sumgayit State University is planned to be held from January 5 to February 2, 2022.
In order to ensure the timely and prompt resolution of complaints that may arise during the examination session held at the University, the Appeals Commission was established, as well as the examination headquarters to monitor the examination session and promptly investigate and eliminate complaints that may arise among students.
It should be noted that in order to monitor the autumn exam session, the following representatives of the rector"s office were sent to the relevant faculties: Chemistry and Biology and Physics and Power Engineering: Vice-Rector for International Relations Gafar Atayev, History and Geography, Philology, Economics and Management, Engineering and Mathematics faculties: Vice-Rector for Science and Innovations, Professor Ramazan Mammadov.
During the session, the necessary conditions were created in the Scientific Library of the University to provide students with textbooks and teaching aids.
We would like to inform you that the exams at the university are open to the public. During the exam session, "Open Door" days will be held with the participation of the University"s Public Oversight Board, parents and community members.
