On December 29,2012, The President of Azerbaijan Republic Ilham Aliyev signed a decree: “Concept Azerbaijan 2020”:Vision of the Future, on Aprel 2, 2014 The State Education Development Strategy was signed and number of state development programme  have been approved and implemented.

Sumgayit State University as well as other universities of our republic aims to implement all the tasks concerning of education. That is why  the staff of SSU has prepared MINI LAB digital electronic device / analogue trainer (shortly MINI –LAB SSU). Analogical devices are used in Western Universities, colleges for electronic and machine engineering studies. Size and functions of MINI LAB SSU differs from analogical device; It helps to facilitate the implementation of theory into practice, promotes  students to attain practical skills. MINI LAB can be used in researching and teaching laboratories. It can make schemes and tests and contains test devices. Using such teaching technologies will promote the staff of engineers to work in different fields of industry and motivate students to show their creation. We are doing all our best to provide the faculties of Physics and Electroenergetics and Engineering with MINI LAB. It should be mentioned that our graduates with achieved excellent practical experience they could show their knowledges in army using modern army technology.
