The examination session of the spring semestr started at SSU
On May 19, 2022, the Minister of Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Mr. Emin Amrullayev signed Order F-282 "On the organization and conduct of the examination session." The order states that the examination session of the spring semester of the 2021/2022 academic year in higher and secondary special education institutions will be held within 5 weeks starting from June 1, 2022. According to this order, the rector of Sumgayit State University professor Elkhan Huseynov signed an order No. R-24/1 on the organization and holding of the exam session of the spring semester.
The spring exam session at Sumgayit State University is planned to be held from June 1 to July 5, 2022. In order to ensure the timely and prompt resolution of complaints that may arise during the examination session held at the university, the Appeals Commission was established, as well as the examination headquarters to monitor the examination session and promptly investigate and eliminate complaints that may arise among students. The session will be held in writing at all faculties in accordance with the approved examination schedule.
In order to effectively organize the preparation of students for exams, the University's Scientific Library has been transferred to an intensified mode and operates every day from 08:30 to 17:30. The student are able to use electronic library. It is planned to organize regular "Open Doors" days with the participation of the University's Public Oversight and Advisory Board, parents, community and media representatives during the session.
