A meeting was held between SSU and Brandenburg University of Technology in Germany
On October 18, an online meeting was held to discuss the details of the mutual cooperation agreement between Sumgayit State University and Germany's Brandenburg University of Technology.
Issues of joint publications, holding conferences, symposia, and organization of exchange programs for student mobility were discussed which are the first stage of cooperation between universities . The possibility of participation of SSU students in exchange programs was noted both financed by the European Union and organized by the university itself at the Brandenburg University of Technology. At the same time, the possibility of partnership with Brandenburg University of Technology in EU Erasmus+CBHE (acquisition of new skills) projects of Sumgayit State University was discussed.
We should note that the following persons participated in the online meeting: advisor of the rector of SSU associate professor Zafar Huseynov, head of the department of Quality Assurance in Education Narmin Hasanova, head of the department of International cooperation and foreign students Sadagat Fatullayeva, head of the department of Metal cutting machines from Brandenburg University of Technology professor Silvia Simon and PhD student of the same university Ilgar Abbasov.
