THE MARTYR GRADUATE OF SSU SALEH GURBANOV WAS COMMEMORATED ON THE 40TH DAY CEREMONY
A group of employees of the faculty of Physics and electroenergetics of Sumgayit State University participated in the 40th day ceremony of the martyr of that faculty Saleh Gurbanov.
They spoke at the ceremony about martyr Saleh Gurbanov"s glorious war path, his patriotism, bravery in the battles, and his lecturers shared their memories.
We should note that Saleh Gurbanov, captain of the Azerbaijan Armed Forces, veteran of the Patriotic war was born on April 14, 1990 in Gilazi settlement of Khizi district. He participated in the battles in the direction of Jabrayil, Khojavand and Lachin during the Patriotic war in September-November 2020. According to the orders of the President of Azerbaijan Mr. Ilham Aliyev, he was awarded with the medals "For the liberation of Jabrayil", "For the liberation of Khojavend" and "For the liberation of Lachin".
Saleh Gurbanov was martyred on September 12, 2022, during the prevention of large-scale sabotage committed by the Armed Forces of Armenia.
