A GROUP OF LECTURERS AND STUDENTS OF THE FACULTY OF MATHEMATICS OF SSU VISITED THE MILITARY TROPHIES PARK
On October 29, a group of lecturers and students of the Mathematics Faculty of Sumgayit State University visited the Military Trophies Park on the occasion of the upcoming Victory Day, November 8.
The students got acquainted with the tanks, "Grad" devices, cannons, various military equipment and ammunition belonging to the Armenian Armed Forces, which the heroic Azerbaijani Army captured from the enemy under the leadership of the President-in-Chief Mr. Ilham Aliyev during the Patriotic war. The board made from more than 2000 car license plates attracted the special interest of the students. The Park of Military Trophies , which is of great importance in the display of the historical Victory and in the upbringing of the young generation in the spirit of patriotism.
It should be noted that more than 300 exhibits, up to 150 pieces of heavy equipment, tanks, combat vehicles, artillery units, anti-aircraft missile systems, small arms are part of the spoils and military equipment taken by the Azerbaijan Army. Defense system, shelters, military barracks and information about the progress of the Patriotic War made it possible for students to relive the battles that brought victory to Azerbaijan.
At the end, students shared their impressions and said "Karabakh is Azerbaijan!" they took a commemorative photo in front of the plaque.
