Professional staff that have a high level of education is the basis of the intellectual potential of the country. Nowadays, successful and sustainable economic growth is getting through the development of human capital. Today, the rapid technological progress requires regular renewal in knowledge and skills.Sumgait State University is  expanding cooperation with other  universities taking into account importance of academic knowledges, as well as practical skills and knowledge, also competence  in education. On the base of the project by ADA University which has a special place in our country`s life, professors invited from abroad are giving a series of lectures in our University. On October 28, at the Faculty of Economics and Management Dr. MukhammadfoikBakhadirov gave a lecture on the subject “Decision-making; Personality, emotions and motivation; Leadership; Communication skills; Management of changes; Group Dynamics” in English. The lecture was interesting for the students.
It should be noted that such successful projects  and teacher-student exchange are planned to be carried out in the future between two universities.
