In modern times, various ideas have been put forward about issues such as identity, its formation, structure, and the essence of this concept.
Associate professor Khalida Hasanova also emphasized that while analyzing the student's personality from the social-psychological aspect, it is important to analyze the concept of social status. Social status reflects the role and position of a person in society, in a specific collective. It is possible to analyze the influence of social and psychological factors on personality development. Our goal in organizing this event is to bring to the attention of our students the role of social-psychological factors in the formation of a personality of young students with the help of our psychologists.
At the end of his speech, the dean thanked the employees of both faculties for their hard work in organizing the event.

Psychological tests were conducted among them. After the speeches, opinions were exchanged on the topic and numerous questions of the students were answered.
Then, the head of the department of Pedagogy and psychology, associate professor Aytekin Mammadova, made a speech and said that values control people's behavior, feelings and thinking by characterizing their personality. With the help of values, a person evaluates his own and others' behavior, can justify his thoughts and regulate his actions. The values and their impact which are relevant for modern psychology on the formation of the student's personality is a multifaceted and complex issue. Researching this issue helps young students to compare their individual, intellectual and terminal values in the family and social environment, especially to adjust their attitudes and behaviors.
Associate professor Aytekin Mammadova also noted that the existence of values is also one of the indicators of the psychological status of the personality and determines its formation. Student life also coincides with youth years. Emotional activation of young people is a main part of a complex problem - the spiritual development of young people. At the same time, this is important in the formation of the value system of young students. Of course, young people occupy an important place in the social structure of society. At present, it is necessary to direct the system of moral values among young people, who are the leading force in the social life of the society. At the end of her speech, she emphasized that the Psychological Development Center was established at the university on the instructions of rector professor Elkhan Huseynov in order to support students and to provide all kinds of support to them.
