The President of the Azerbaijan Republic  on 22 May 2009, approved by decree No. 295 "2009-2013 State Program on reforms in higher education system of the Republic of Azerbaijan Action Plan" in accordance with paragraph 2.46 of the Education Minister Mikail Jabbarov, June 27, 2014 TEC-752, approved by decree in accordance with the rules of science, education and production are important steps towards the inclusion of the university. 
This year  seminars were held and consisting of 78 scientific reports, "Seminar toplusu '' was published. The distinguished students took part in international seminars and conferences which held in other foreign countries. 22 scientific articles of  SSU students  have been accepted  by the "International Youth Forum on Technical and mathematical sciences forum” which was held in Voronej State Forest Technical University. It is gratifying that the head of SSU SSS laid the report on the activities of  SSS in Azerbaijan State Universities.
3 students under the head  of Professor Javanshir Mammadov took part in the conference.
Departments of Physics and fourth-year student of electricity legend Asgarli "Анализы получения диодов шоттки и изготовление solnecnyx pn перехода с применением аморфного металлического сплава элементов на основе" and fourth year students of the faculty of Engineering Sevda Suvorova (scientific head-Jafarov S.M) "Интеллектуальная система проектировщика для автоматизации комплексного проектирования технических систем", Emin Abdullayev  "Разработка алгоритма оценка времени в момент эвакуации населения с применением нечетких алгебраических сетей петри on" and other members of SSS reported in the conference. The questions were answered fully by students.
At  the end of the conference , students were given special awards and certificates on their successful performance.
As a continuation of this conference in 2016, SSU students are going to attend in the International Conference according Humanitarian subjects.
