Based on paragraph 32 of Article 109 of the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan, I make a decision:
Under the order signed by President of Republic of Azerbaijan Elkhan Huseynov Bahadur oglu has been dismissed from the post of rector of Sumgayit State University.
