A SEMINAR CALLED ‘WORLD THROUGH THE EYES OF WOMEN’ WAS ORGANIZED AT SSU
On March 6, a seminar called ‘World through the eyes of women’ was organized by the Youth Club of Sumgait State University.
Maleyka Khankishiyeva, the chairman of the youth club, opened the seminar and spoke about the relevance of such a seminar on the eve of March 8 International Women's Day. Then the coordinator of the Club, Nigar Aliyeva, introduced the guests - the employee of the Mental Health Center, the chief psychologist of the IDDO Mental Health Program, the author of the theory of Mental Algorithms, clinical psychologist, psychotherapist Rovshan Nazarlini and the director of the IPA Academy, Afarim Guliyeva.
Rovshan Nazarli spoke on the topic ‘The world through the eyes of women’ and spoke about the place and role of women in modern society, the work carried out in this direction, current problems, and prospects. He said that equality between men and women is one of the pressing problems
all over the world. In this direction, he explained the differences in the social status of women and men.
The points raised during the seminar aroused the great interest of the participants and many sensitive issues were clarified. The seminar continued in the form of a discussion.
