The next training was held as part of the Professional Speakers Series
On March 28, another training was held within the Professional Speaker Series (PSS) organized by the Career and Alumni Center of Sumgait State University.
Ulker Velizadeh, an employee of the Career and Alumni Center, welcomed the guests and participants and informed the students about the nature of the PSS project. She noted that meetings with students are regularly organized by professional specialists, master classes and stimulating events are carried out. The goal is to make the meeting of students successful in the business environment, engaged in entrepreneurial activity, and support their future career plans.
Samir Aliyev, the internal auditor of the Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan, made a speech and noted that he is a graduate of SSU. He
shared his experiences about the initial steps on the career path, personal development, opportunities and their evaluation, and today's demands of the labor market. He noted that the trainings held within PSS will be a great motivation for students. ‘What does the working life expect from students and what should we do while preparing for the working life?’ made a speech on the subject.
Discussions were held on various topics based on students' questions.
