A REVIEW COMPETITION OF THE FESTIVAL OF ARTISTIC CREATIVITY WAS HELD AT SSU
On April 2, at Sumgait State University, by the decision of the Presidium of the Ministry of Science and Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Republican Committee of the Azerbaijan Education Workers' Free Trade Union (RCAEWFTU), the viewing competition of the artistic creativity festival was held among students of higher, secondary and first professional vocational education institutions.
The annual festival aims to develop national patriotism, respect for our culture, art, and national traditions.
In the review competition of the festival, the poems performed by the students, local and foreign music, dances were watched by the jury. Students' skills in various fields: singing, dancing, artistic recitation, love songs were appreciated by the jury.
Talented students were determined by a jury consisting of well-known culture and art figures of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
The jury consists of Rustam Nazirov, head of the Republican Committee of the Free Trade Union of Azerbaijan Educators, Baba Vaziroglu, Honored Art Worker, Poet, Chief Director of Opera and Ballet Theater, Honored Art Worker Hafiz Guliyev, Azerbaijan National Conservatory teacher Arslan Novrasli, Azerbaijan State Academic Musical Theater teacher, honored artist Nigar Shahmuradova were present.
It should be noted that the final concert of the festival winners will be held in May, and the winners will be awarded with diplomas and gifts from the Ministry of Science and Education and RCAEWFTU.
