On April 19, within the framework of the Professional Speakers Series (PSS) organized by the Career and Alumni Center of Sumgait State University, the training of the well-known business consultant and professional manager Fakhri Aghayev called ‘Career of Youth in Modern Azerbaijan’ was organized.
Khayala Seyfullayeva, associate professor of the ‘Differential Equations and Optimization’ department, opened the event with an introductory speech and welcomed the guests and participants. Recently, she spoke about the new opportunities opened for the future career building of our students at Sumgait State University, the regular organization of various training, seminars, and internship programs, and that today's training is also a part of those processes.
Then the trainer Fakhri Agayev spoke on topics such as the realities of the modern business world, problems that young people may encounter on the way to successful careers and their solutions, professional and personal development, shared his personal experience and gave recommendations to the students.
Noting that the main purpose of such events is to share the experiences of professionals who are successful in business life with our students and support their future activities, the trainer gave them valuable advice and answered numerous questions of the participants on the topic in detail.
