Representatives of Youth Fund at President of Azerbaijan Republic held a meeting concerning to the total of 8th grant competition at SSU. Vice rector for humanitarian affairs of SSU, assistant professor Nizami Namazov greeted the guests and noted that, the youth fund was created by national leader of H.Aliyev and this mission is continued by I.Aliyev President of Azerbaijan Republic, and it’s the logical result of State Youth Politics.The main goal of Youth Fund is to help youth improve their quality of life in rural communities of Azerbaijan,through developing the professional skills of youth in the regions and placing tangible resources directly into their hands, enabling them to benefit their own communities and ensure that young people’s priorities are being met. The Youth Fund politics system is to realize effective youth knowledge, ability and natural potentiality, create the condition for taking valuable place. Holding such meetings among the students will increase the competition sense and stimulate to work on new projects. The head assistant of the department of strategically planning and international relations of Youth Fund by President of Azerbaijan Republic, Vusala Niftaliyeva noted that the base of youth fund was created by I.Aliyev President of Azerbaijan Republic on December 19, 2011.  In a short period the Youth Fund have signed many success by supporting initiatives of private youth until today. The main goal of Youth fund is to stimulate and finance the directed actions towards education, science, culture and other social fields in the grant form of the programs and projects. In today’s world, there is a recognized need to promote youth civic engagement. The lack of social and economic power due to major social-economic and political change, economic hardships and underdeveloped social services negatively impact youth’s ability to be valid contributors and supporters of Azerbaijan’s development. Vusala hanim brought that to attention that, youth enterprises registered in Azerbaijan Republic send project to the fund in “A”(domestic projects) “C” (international projects) categories and physical persons at 16-29 age.  Religious radicalism and forming the enlighten measures against extremism, graduates of boarding-schools, help to social adaption of teenagers release from jails, Islam Solidarity Games to be held in Azerbaijan are include to the row of competition directions. After ending competition collaborators of fund are registered by their new project offers and then they are grouped on categories and conversations are made with authors. The results are sent to Observation Council and decisions are accepted. Azerbaijan Youth is distinguished with activity in all sectors of public life, play an important role in the implementation political, economic, humanitarian and social activities.
