SSU'S TEAM OF START-UPS WON THE PRIZE OF GOOGLE INTERNET COMPANY
On June 14, Sumgait State University (SSU) Innovation and Creativity Center's team of startups received an official notification that they were awarded the "Google Labs team".
University students participating in online meetings and trainings of the "Google Labs team" won "Vip accesses" as part of the tasks in the field of special artificial intelligence problems. "Gemini AI" artificial intelligence studio, our students have managed to stand out in their work on creative solutions to problems. As a result, 3 members of the team - Rovnag Nadirov, second-year student of the faculty of Economics and Management, Javid Zulfiyev and Yahya Ismayilov, first-year student of the same faculty - were awarded a cash prize of 5 thousand US dollars by the "Google Labs team".
It should be noted that the startups of SSU Innovation and Creativity Center, which is one of the few teams from Azerbaijan that participated in these competitions, prepared for the competition under the guidance of professor Javanshir Mammadov, head of the department of Automation and mechanics of the university.
