On September 20, an info session was held for students interested in studying Information Technologies and Programming in the upcoming semester, as part of the #CodeForFuture project, a collaborative initiative between the Ministry of Science and Education, "Code Academy," the Innovation and Digital Development Agency, and Sumgayit State University (SSU).
Opening the event, Aysel Eminova, Senior Specialist at the Department of International Cooperation and Strategic Projects, highlighted the strong interest the "Code for Future" project has generated among students. She discussed SSU"s involvement in the project and encouraged students to take full advantage of the opportunities offered by "Code Academy."
Following this, Asiya Rustamova, the project manager of CFF, provided a detailed overview of the project"s progress. She explained that the project, launched in collaboration with Code Academy by the Ministry of Science and Education in September 2021, aims to enhance students" IT knowledge and skills, aligning them with the demands of the current market economy and helping them adapt to technological advancements.
Asiya Rustamova then outlined the application process and conditions, and the session concluded with a Q&A, where participants" questions were addressed.
