On October 31, a lecture dedicated to the 101st anniversary of the Republic of Turkey was organized by the department of History of Azerbaijan and Eastern European peoples of the faculty of History and geography of Sumgayit State University. The lecture on the topic “Two States, One Nation: Turkey-Azerbaijan” was held in an online format by associate professor Dr. Gurbuz Arslan, deputy head of the Institute of Social Sciences of the department of History of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences of Zonguldak Bulent Ecevit University.
