Every year, the world’s brightest student programmers from around the world come together to compete at the highest level in the ICPC World Finals. This prestigious competition, held in various locations worldwide, provides significant opportunities for students, allowing them to expand their aspirations and showcase their knowledge and skills in programming on an international stage. The ICPC World Finals also serves as an important representation opportunity for universities and regions. For the first time in its history, Sumgayit State University will be represented in the semifinals of this remarkable competition. Talented students from the Faculty of Economics and Management – Rovnag Nadirov from group 752 and Joshgun Babayev from group 763 – have successfully advanced to the semifinals after excelling in the ICPC"s Caucasus region stage. This significant achievement not only marks an important milestone for our university but also demonstrates the strength of our students on an international level. This success is not only a source of great pride for Rovnag and Joshgun but also for our entire university.
