On March 10 a seminar-training in the regard of advantages of State Civil Service (SCS) and the condition of transparent contest was held by the Commission for State Civil Service under the President of Azerbaijan at Grand Act Hall in Sumgait State University.
The head of Career Centre Z. Bunyadov mentioned that the purpose of this meeting was to inform students and masters about the objects, significance and targets of human resource, to show the advantages of it. He also talked about the steps made by the government for improvement of young generation’s problems. One of the members of the delegation-Afaq Huseyn said:” the Commission studies the situation, looks for the new innovative international methods, tries to implement them here and works on some projects.
The head counselor of human resource management sector Kamil Bakhshaliyev made a speech and told about innovations in examination circumstances held in Civil Service.
At the end of the meeting some questions of participants according to “What is State Civil Service”, “How to make a choice” were answered by the commission members.
