On June 13, 2025, an event dedicated to the National Salvation Day was held at “Azerenergy” OJSC. The event was attended by the Rector’s Advisor of Sumgayit State University (SSU), Professor Tarana Ahmadova, and 10 students of the Faculty of Engineering studying in energy specialties.

Within the framework of the event, master classes were organized with the participation of experienced specialists in the field of energy, and practical training was carried out for students in modern laboratories and training centers of “Azerenergy” OJSC. Young people were given the opportunity to apply their knowledge in a real environment and get acquainted with modern energy systems. At the end of the event, 8 SSU students who were distinguished for their activity were presented with certificates of participation by “Azerenergy” OJSC. This initiative serves the professional development of students, preparation for the labor market, and strengthening university-industry cooperation.
