There was a seminar in Sumgait State University on the theme ‘’Multicultu ralism and tolerance” with the co-organization of Rhetoric Universal Club and Stu dent’s Trade Union. Ali Rzayev Ali Rzazade, the teacher of the department of  “Azerbaijani language and Linguistics” had a speech on this theme, informed the students and answered their questions. The head of Student Trade Union, Nemat Ibayev, the head of career center of our University, Zahid Bunyadov and professor Hasan Sadiqov gave rich information to the attendants.
As the environment of national- cultural and ethnical–religious difference is accepted as a suitable condition in Azerbaijan so our country has become a favour able place for a multinational cultural dialogue in world arena. So state policy of our country is directed to the promotions of our state practice gained through ages, through long history and also intensify the promotions of gained success in international arena.
