A meeting was held at Sumgayit State University (SSU) with the leadership of the Scientific Research Aerospace Informatics Institute (SRAII) of the Azerbaijan National Aerospace Agency. The event was opened by acting rector of SSU, Corresponding Member of ANAS, Professor Aminagha Sadigov who welcomed the guests and expressed his satisfaction with seeing them at SSU. In his speech, he spoke about the university's development path in recent years, the reforms implemented, and the steps taken to modernize the educational environment and strengthen scientific potential. He also emphasized the importance of cooperation between SSU and SRAII in the field of conducting scientific research and training highly qualified scientific personnel, and stated that there is great potential for this. Then, the director of SRAII, honored teacher, professor Elchin Isganderzadeh, made a speech and provided information about the activities of the institute he leads, the projects implemented, and the achievements achieved in the field of aerospace informatics. He spoke about the joint projects they are currently implementing with SSU scientists and noted that further expansion of this cooperation will yield successful results. At the end of the event, a Memorandum of Understanding on cooperation was signed between Sumgayit State University and the Scientific Research Institute of Aerospace Informatics. According to the memorandum, the parties will cooperate in implementing joint research projects, organizing student internships, holding joint conferences, and integrating innovative technologies into the educational process.
