On December 11, a ceremony was held at Sumgayit State University (SSU) to present certificates to teachers who completed HSE (Health, Safety and Environment) training of Training Consulting Service (TCS) LLC. Acting Rector of SSU, Corresponding Member of ANAS, Professor Aminaga Sadigov opened the event with an introductory speech and emphasized the growing role of internationally accredited training centers as TCS in the country’s personnel training ecosystem. Aminaga Sadigov stated that highly qualified specialist training in global competitive environment has turned universities’ strategic priority and right integration of practical knowledge applying into practical knowledge is one of the main conditions of this process. Aminaga Sadigov noted in his speech that participation of the university teachers and graduates in HSE training helps them to gain competences that meet modern industrial requirements. He drew attention that cooperation with TCS is one of the necessary steps and that this cooperation created an opportunity for teachers to improve their knowledge and skills based on international standards. Director of the TCS LLC, Murad Mehdiyev gave a speech at the event, and provided extended information about the company’s operations. He noted that since 2007, the company has been operating as an international organization that provides government bodies and the private sector in both local and also international market with training, engineering services and expert opinions. The company offers certification programs based on international accreditation requirements in most industrial areas, and it has a high level of reliability in employee training. At the end, certificates were presented to the teachers who successfully completed the HSE training.
