Sumgayit State University (SSU) has taken another significant step to expand its international cooperation in this field of sustainable development. The university has officially joined Times Higher Education (THE) Sustainability Impact Network, which serves to share best practices in areas such as sustainability, environmental protection, social responsibility, and institutional governance on a global scale. SSU’s membership in the network allows the university to participate in the annual sustainability assessment conducted by THE, to analyze its performance in a comparative manner with global indicators and other higher education institutions, as well as to join regular webinars and platforms for knowledge and experience exchange with international partners. In addition, SSU has broad access to analytical data and new collaboration perspectives in the field of sustainability.
