Organized by Associate Professor Tunzala Babayeva, Head of the Department of Chemical Engineering and Ecology of the Faculty of Engineering, a group of students participated in an educational trip as part of their practical training. The visit was organized to the Hovsan Aeration Station, which operates under the Azerbaijan State Water Resources Agency, and the Training and Innovation Center under the Scientific Research Institute of Water and Land Reclamation. In accordance with the curriculum, the lecture was held directly at the Hovsan Aeration Station. Students observed the working principles of aeration systems on site, participated in presentations by station specialists, and gained practical knowledge about water treatment processes. The visit continued at the Training and Innovation Center, where modern training methods, innovative technological approaches, and activities aimed at developing professional skills were presented in detail to the students.
The visual lesson made a significant contribution to students" connection of theoretical knowledge with the real production environment, the formation of technological thinking on water infrastructure, and more effective mastery of the subject.
