On 6thof April the next meeting of Scientific Council was held.
The meeting began observing a minutes silence memory of our martyrs. 
Then the chaımain rector Elkhan Huseynov noted the daily problems.
The vice-rector Qafar Atayev stated  that during March 20-27 it was held the next seminar of TEMPUS in Germany, the vice-rector docent NatiqTalıbov, the dean docent UlduzAgayev and QafarAtayev participated in the seminars, made a speech, and were awarded with certificates.
The scientific leader of SSS docent IlhamPashayev noted that from 28 to 30 March our three students- TeymurSofiyev, AygunQanbarzadeh, YaqutYusifov participated in the International conference and awarded with diplomas. 
Then vice-rector docent NizamiNamazov made a speech about the 98thanniversary of our great leader HaydavAliyev’s birthday and the creation of Azeribaijan Democratic Republic.
Rector congrulatedLaleValieva on getting philosophy doctor of Economical Sciences.
Scientific Council summarized its work with discussing current questions.
