On April 23, an info session was held within the framework of the “Startup School 4” project, organized by the Sumgayit State University (SSU) Career and Alumni Center. Director of the Center, Anar Dunyamaliyev opened the event, emphasized the importance of the project. In his speech, the Head of the “Enterprise Azerbaijan” portal of the Center for Analysis of Economic Reforms and Communication, Isa Gasimov provided information about the goals of the “Startup School 4” project. It was noted that this project, implemented at the initiative of the “Enterprise Azerbaijan” portal, serves to expand cooperation between global innovation ecosystems. The “Startup School 4” project is organized under the slogan “5 continents - 500 Startups”. Then, the Head of the Department of Automation and Mechanics at SSU, Professor Javanshir Mammadov provided information about startups at the university and introduced the active students of the center. Students of the Faculty of Engineering Rashid Bagirov presented their projects “Supply of electric buses with ecologically clean energy”, Aydin Ahmadov and Hafiz Mahmudzadeh presented their projects “Startup Inclusive-UniRobot”, Mukhtarov Shirin, Huseynli Ali and Huseynov Aykhan presented their projects “Tibbmed”. Isa Gasimov, referring to the students’ startups, especially Rashid Bagirov’s project, expressed his belief in the success of SSU students among the 50 best startups within the framework of the “Startup School 4” project
